Job Responsibilities

As a School Aged Childcare Assistant Site Director, you will play a crucial role in the success of our programs and the overall experience of the children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Site Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing various arts and entertainment activities for school-aged children
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the program
  • Supervising and mentoring childcare staff
  • Managing program schedules and daily operations
  • Creating a positive and inclusive environment for learning and creativity
  • Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Education, Arts, or a related field
  • Prior experience in childcare or a related field is preferred

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Passionate about the arts and entertainment
  • First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it)
  • Ability to pass background checks and clearances
