Responsibilities

As a lifeguard at Krank Pompton, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals using our swimming facilities. You will be expected to:

  • Supervise swimmers and enforce safety regulations
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies
  • Conduct regular pool inspections
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area

Requirements

To be considered for the lifeguard position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid lifeguard certification
  • Demonstrate strong swimming abilities
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be reliable and responsible
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team
