About the Role

As the AM Care Site Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our morning care program. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities, managing a team of dedicated staff members, and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for our young participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum for the AM Care program
  • Supervise and support program staff members
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers
  • Organize and facilitate age-appropriate activities and workshops
  • Manage program logistics and resources
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Previous experience working in a similar role
  2. Passionate about arts and entertainment education
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  6. Committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  7. Valid certifications in CPR and First Aid
