What to Expect from Our Beginner Yoga Workshop Series

At Krank Pompton, we believe in providing a comprehensive and immersive yoga experience for our students. Our Beginner Yoga Workshop Series is designed to introduce you to the fundamental principles of yoga and lay a strong foundation for your practice.

Workshop Schedule and Pricing

Our Beginner Yoga Workshop Series consists of multiple sessions, each focusing on different aspects of yoga practice. Throughout the workshop, you will learn foundational yoga poses, proper alignment, breathing techniques, and basic meditation exercises.

Session 1: Introduction to Yoga

In this session, you will be introduced to the basics of yoga, including the history, philosophy, and different styles of practice. We will cover fundamental postures and explore how to synchronize movement with breath.

Session 2: Building Strength and Flexibility

This session will focus on building strength and flexibility through a series of guided asanas (poses). You will learn how to safely and effectively perform each pose, ensuring proper form and alignment.

Session 3: Mindfulness and Meditation
