Join us at Krank Pompton for HYDROFIT classes held throughout the week. We offer a range of class times to accommodate different schedules. Here is our current class schedule:

Monday

  • Morning Class: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  • Evening Class: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Tuesday

  • Morning Class: 10:30 am - 11:30 am
  • Evening Class: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Wednesday

  • Afternoon Class: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
  • Evening Class: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Thursday

  • Morning Class: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  • Evening Class: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Friday

  • Afternoon Class: 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
  • Evening Class: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday

  • Morning Class: 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Sunday

  • Morning Class: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
  • Afternoon Class: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
