Responsibilities

As a School Aged Childcare Group Leader at Krank Pompton, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and ensuring the safety of children in our care.
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote creativity and learning.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive and supportive environment for children to thrive.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to develop engaging program curriculum.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Assisting with light administrative tasks related to the childcare program.

Qualifications

To be considered for the School Aged Childcare Group Leader position, the following qualifications are required:

  • Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
  • A passion for arts and entertainment, with knowledge of various creative activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
